We offer a 30-day free trial for our Professional plan, allowing you to test all features before committing to a paid subscription. No payment information is required during the trial period.

  • No automatic billing during trial
  • Option to upgrade or cancel anytime during trial
  • Data retention for 7 days after trial ends

3. Subscription Refunds

Professional Plan Refunds:

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if requested within 7 days of first payment
  • Service Disruption: Partial refunds for extended service outages
  • Billing Errors: Full refund for incorrect charges or technical billing issues
  • Duplicate Charges: Immediate refund for any duplicate transactions

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Context vaults exceeding Free plan limits will be archived
  • You have 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion
  • You may resubscribe at any time with a new payment

  • We'll conduct a secondary review within 3-5 business days
  • Final decisions will be communicated via email
  • You may escalate to your payment provider's dispute process
